Yes Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Receiving Supervisor to oversee warehouse inventory accuracy, cycle counts, put-away activities, and daily team workflow. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of inventory control, warehouse, or leadership experience and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Manage timely put-away of containers to maintain workflow and productivity. Oversee cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy. Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies, including incorrect counts, damaged products, and relabeling issues. Monitor workflow and address staffing or workload concerns with management. Maintain organized inventory and ensure proper product placement. Support the team during high-volume periods. Leadership Responsibilities Hold team members accountable for performance and productivity. Address performance concerns and workplace conflicts professionally. Lead by example and promote a positive, productive work environment. Support and motivate the team to meet daily operational goals. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or a supervisory/lead role. Experience with cycle counting, inventory accuracy, and discrepancy resolution . Hands-on experience operating material handling equipment, specifically a Cherry Picker . Ability to manage workflow and prioritize multiple tasks. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. High attention to detail and accuracy. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume warehouse environment. Strong leadership skills with the ability to hold team members accountable.

Pay:

$23.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
