Job Description

Our client, a custom packaging company, is looking for a Warehouse Shipping & Receiving Lead to join their team in Anaheim, CA. In this role, you will support and lead daily shipping and receiving operations, ensuring all shipments are processed accurately and efficiently while providing direction to warehouse employees and maintaining smooth workflow throughout the facility.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support daily shipping and receiving activities Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments and ensure orders are processed accurately and on time Use computer systems to enter, track, and maintain shipping and receiving information Verify quantities, products, paperwork, and shipment details for accuracy Assist with inventory organization and maintaining inventory accuracy Monitor workflow and communicate operational issues to management promptly Help prioritize daily tasks to meet operational deadlines Identify problems and take appropriate action to resolve them Provide direction and support to warehouse employees as needed Follow all company safety procedures and operational policies

Requirements:

Previous experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse, logistics, or a related environment required Experience using computer systems and warehouse-related software Leadership experience preferred Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent critical-thinking and problem-solving abilities

Pay Rate:

$22.00 per hour

Schedule:
