We are seeking a dependable and experienced team member to oversee daily operations at our Brea facility. The role is responsible for receiving, inventory, order fulfillment and material handling while ensuring the safe, accurate, and efficient movement of inventory. This position will provide hands-on leadership and support to warehouse associates, maintaining a safe and productive work environment, coordinating workflow, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensure company standards for safety, quality, productivity, and customer service are consistently met. Duties and Responsibilities Supervise and provide daily directions to warehouse employees, including assigning tasks and monitoring performance. Coordinate receiving, stocking, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory activities. Strong attention to detail when handling orders, quantities, inventory, and materials. Ensure orders are processed accurately and on schedule. Ability to perform efficiently in a fast-paced environment without comprising accuracy, organization or attention to detail. Ability to identify and communicate inventory, order, or operational discrepancies. Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate inventory records. Ensure proper handling, storage, and movement of products and materials. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. Enforce all workplace safety policies and procedures. Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely. Coordinate with purchasing, sales, production, transportation, and other departments to ensure smooth operations. Monitor employee attendance, productivity, and work quality. Assist with scheduling and staffing to meet daily operational requirements. Investigate inventory discrepancies, shipping/receiving issues, and other operational problems. Lead by example and promote teamwork, accountability, and a positive work environment. Perform other warehouse and operational duties as assigned. Qualifications 2+ years of warehouse operations, distribution, logistics or inventory experience. Experience with materials handling and ability to meet heavy lifting requirements. Previous lead or supervisory experience preferred. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently while also leading and supporting a team. Ability to safely lift, move, and handle warehouse materials as required. Forklift certification or prior forklift experience preferred. High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
