Job Overview We are hiring a detail-oriented and reliable team member to join our operations department. This role will focus on order processing, shipping coordination, and internal system updates to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Process daily customer orders accurately in QuickBooks and CRM system Prepare and review orders documents (qty, amounts, payments) Prepare and review shipping documents (packing lists, labels, BOLs) Coordinate with warehouse team on pick/pack/ship tasks Communicate with shipping carriers and schedule pickups Monitor shipment status and follow up on delays or issues Update tracking info and notify customers of delivery status Handle order revisions, cancellations, and returns in coordination with sales and logistics Keep digital records of shipping and fulfillment documents Work with the operations team to improve workflow efficiency Requirements Bilingual in English and Chinese is preferred Previous experience in order processing or shipping logistics at least 1 year. Familiarity with platforms like QuickBooks, WooCommerce, ShipStation, or similar systems Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Good written and verbal communication Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and handling multiple tasks Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
