Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Warehouse Leasing Supervisor who is fluent in Mandarin to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee warehouse leasing operations, coordinate with internal teams and external partners, and ensure smooth facility management. Your leadership will drive process improvements, optimize warehouse utilization, and support our mission to build an extensive and efficient express network nationwide. Duties Manage leasing negotiations and contracts for warehouse facilities, ensuring compliance with company standards and legal requirements. Collaborate with property owners, real estate agents, and internal stakeholders to identify suitable warehouse locations. Oversee warehouse leasing documentation, including lease agreements, amendments, and renewal processes. Coordinate with warehouse operations teams to align facility capabilities with logistical needs. Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse space utilization and operational efficiency. Supervise team members involved in leasing activities, providing guidance on managerial communication and team leadership. Maintain detailed records of leasing activities using inventory management systems and warehouse management systems (WMS). Experience Proven experience in warehouse leasing supervision or facility management within distribution centers or logistics environments. Strong knowledge of warehouse distribution processes, inventory control, and materials handling equipment operation such as forklifts and RF scanners. Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively, with excellent managerial communication skills. Familiarity with logistics operations, warehouse management systems (WMS), lean management principles, and OSHA safety standards. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite for reporting and documentation purposes. Experience in process improvement initiatives related to warehouse operations or distribution center activities. Fluency in Mandarin is required to facilitate communication with Mandarin-speaking partners and stakeholders.
