Job Description
Become a Key Player as a Process Lead You will coordinate daily warehouse operations to keep inbound, put-away, picking, loading, receiving, and other functions running safely and efficiently. You will lead and communicate priorities to associates, escalate performance or safety concerns to management, and step into operational tasks when needed. This is an onsite warehouse role working closely with frontline teams and site management. Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the Team Coordinate daily operational workflow and staffing assignments Assign employees based on warehouse volume and priorities Monitor productivity, quality, and operational metrics Use warehouse systems and technology to monitor operations and ensure scanning and inventory accuracy Reinforce proper equipment usage, PPE, housekeeping, and warehouse safety expectations Identify workflow issues and help resolve operational bottlenecks Escalate employee performance or behavioral concerns to management Step into operational responsibilities to support the team during high volume or staffing gaps Here's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This Role Previous warehouse, logistics, or distribution experience Familiarity with forklift-based warehouse environments Comfortable using WMS and other warehouse technology Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to manage changing priorities in a high-volume environment Strong safety awareness and attention to detail Hands-on leadership style and willingness to assist wherever needed Comply with safety requirements, including wearing an orange reflective safety vest and enforcing PPE and equipment inspection protocols Here's What Else Might Help You Out Lead, trainer, coordinator, or similar leadership experience (preferred) Pay Range $18-23/hour Ready to Make Your Mark?
