This role will oversee daily shipping, receiving, packaging, logistics, documentation, and warehouse team activities within an electronics, components, and semiconductor manufacturing environment. This is a strong opportunity for a hands-on warehouse leader who enjoys building efficient processes, training team members, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring customer orders ship accurately and on time. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced operation with supportive leadership, cross-functional teamwork, and a focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily shipping, receiving, packaging, storage, and logistics activities to ensure orders are processed accurately and on schedule. Review packaged customer orders to confirm quality standards, internal procedures, and customer specifications are followed. Prepare and coordinate FedEx, UPS, DHL, third-party, domestic, and international shipments with proper documentation. Lead, train, schedule, and support warehouse clerks and shipping personnel to maintain efficient department operations. Maintain receiving and shipping records, verify incoming orders against purchase orders, and report damages or discrepancies. Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, sprinter vehicles, and box trucks while following all company safety, quality, conduct, and attendance policies.

Compensation and Benefits Pay range:

$38.00 to $42.00 per hour.
