Where to find more information about us: https://bhworldwide.com The Opportunity The Warehouse Coordinator supports the day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring the smooth handling of goods and maintaining high standards of service delivery. This position requires close coordination with the Warehouse Supervisor and team to ensure timely and accurate processing of shipments and inventory.

0900hrs to 1800hrs Key Role Accountabilities Comply with all TSA and Regulator regulations, including, but not limited to the receiving and tendering of shipments, obtaining and scanning clear copies of driver licences into FirstTRAC and recording details on the Inbound Log, maintaining secured warehouse access, and challenging unidentified persons immediately. Obtain clear copies of driver licences for all courier pickups and ensure complete POD details (Name, Date and Time) are recorded on pickup orders. Book all in-transit inbound shipments for Operations and unknown customers. Maintain a clean, tidy and organised warehouse environment, specifically maintaining the shipping and receiving dock area and ensuring that it is free from debris, ensuring freight is organised and stored appropriately. Perform stock checks as instructed. Load and off-load vehicles safely and efficiently. Conduct time-critical collections and deliveries, including scheduled hangar pickups and AOG drop-offs, ensuring urgent shipments are handled promptly and in line with operational requirements. Conduct daily forklift inspections prior to use and complete inspection logs upon arrival at work. Maintain sufficient copies of Licence ID checklists to avoid delays when receiving freight. Responsible for ensuring all items are labelled and palletised and ensure adequate stock of inventory labels (Days of the Week) and order replacements proactively. General Duties Monitor the receipt, booking and dispatch of cargo/goods, ensuring accurate data entry in accordance with working procedures. Ensure all goods received are booked into company systems within defined timelines. Screen freight in accordance with TSA compliance requirements and correctly identify cargo as Known Cargo. Manage inventory requirements, including logging incoming and outgoing shipments and supporting regular warehouse audits. Liaise with the Supervisor / Station Manager regarding updates to work instructions and operational processes to support reliable cargo handling. Undertake duties in accordance with defined processes and work instructions. Manage inbox requests relating to inventory receipt and dispatch. Create AES filings for export shipments. Book shipments using FedEx and other transport systems. Develop operational knowledge across import, export and domestic logistics where appropriate. Customer Focus Be polite and provide a professional and responsive service to customers, industry partners and team members. Communicate any delays, changes, or issues promptly to the Operations team and customers as required. & Safety Adhere to company health and safety policies and requirements relating to vehicles, equipment and warehouse operations. Ensure all operations within inventory are complaint in relation to AEO regulations, Customs etc. Complete all shipments within the parameters of theISO 9001
2015 QMS. Be aware of the standards expected in respect of the job, attendance, time keeping and behaviour and the standards set out in the handbook and the HR Policy Manual. Maintain and share with colleagues as appropriate, personal knowledge of all relevant inventory and warehousing processes, procedures and restrictions. Make sure you understand and adhere to any existing policy changes or any new policies.Your Experience:
Previous experience in a warehouse / inventory , preferably gained in freight-forwarding / aerospace logistics environment. Knowledge and experience to lift and handle freight in accordance with aerospace and workplace safety guidelines would be advantageous. Have working knowledge of IT, with the ability to use MS Office (Word and Excel), warehouse management systems and bespoke company systems. Customer-focused with a friendly and helpful attitude. Flexible and agile. Attention to detail with excellent organizational skills. Self-motivated with strong communication skills (both verbal and written). Have the ability to work pro-actively using own initiative, follow processes and procedures and understand the impact of own actions Be a team player with a positive attitude. Forklift licence and manual handling experience is desirableWhat We Offer:
