Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Fulfillment Order Processing Individual to oversee our fashion wholesale order fulfillment operations. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can manage high-volume corporate orders, coordinate with multiple departments, and ensure accurate, timely shipments to our wholesale partners and boutique customers domestically and internationally.

Key Responsibilities - Order Management & Processing Process and manage wholesale orders from Sales Order to Pick Tickets, SO shipments and Invoices and Payments. Print, review, and verify order accuracy against inventory availability Inventory Audits to ensure Accurate Inventory Coordinate order fulfillment workflow with warehouse team Manage order priorities and shipping deadlines for corporate accounts Handle rush orders and special shipping requests Receive Containers into Warehouse and record them into N41 Inventory system Technology & Systems Management Process EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) transactions with corporate partners Operate and maintain Apparel Wholesale ERP N41 System for inventory and order management Create detailed reports using Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis) Create, format, and print shipping labels, product labels, and packaging inserts Manage order status updates and customer communications via multiple channels Utilize Mailchimp for customer follow-up campaigns and order notifications Corporate Account Coordination Coordinate with sales team on large corporate orders and special requirements and understand account vendor guides Handle order modifications, cancellations, and returns processing Manage customer return authorizations, inspections, and restocking procedures Process special customer shipping requests and coordinate expedited deliveries Conduct proactive customer follow-up via email, phone, and Mailchimp campaigns Quality Control & Compliance Ensure order accuracy and quality standards before shipment Maintain compliance with corporate partner shipping requirements Oversee packaging standards and brand presentation Manage inventory cycle counts and reconciliation Process returned merchandise inspections and determine restocking eligibility Coordinate special shipping arrangements and handle urgent delivery requests Required Qualifications Education & Experience High school diploma required; Associate's degree preferred 3+ years warehouse management or order fulfillment experience 2+ years experience with corporate/wholesale account management Fashion or apparel industry experience preferred Experience with ERP systems, preferably Apparel Wholesale N41 Background in customer service and follow-up communications
Technical Skills Microsoft Office Suite:
Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis)
ERP Systems:
Experience with Apparel Wholesale ERP N41 System preferred
EDI Processing:
Experience with electronic data interchange systems
Label Creation:
Proficiency in creating and printing various types of labels (shipping, product, barcodes)
Email Marketing:
Mailchimp experience for customer follow-up and campaign management
Shipping Software:
