This opportunity lets you oversee warehouse operations, support your team, and help ensure products move safely, accurately, and efficiently throughout the supply chain. We are seeking a reliable and hands-on Warehouse Lead to oversee the unloading, handling, testing, and movement of commercial copiers and related equipment. This position requires strong physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to lead a small warehouse team. Education Requirements High school diploma or GED required. Associate's or bachelor's degree in business, logistics, supply chain, or a related field preferred. Experience Requirements Minimum of 2 years of warehouse, shipping/receiving, or equipment handling experience Previous leadership or team lead experience preferred Experience operating pallet jacks, carts, dollies, or other material-handling equipment Ability to perform basic equipment testing and inspections Job Duties Lead and support a small warehouse team in daily operations Unload, move, stage, and organize commercial copiers and equipment Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments Inspect equipment for damage and verify items against shipping documentation Perform basic copier testing and document results accurately Report equipment issues or damages to management Train team members on proper handling and safety procedures Maintain inventory organization, labeling, and staging of equipment Assist with packing, wrapping, and preparing orders for shipment Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safety-focused Physical Capabilities Ability to walk, stand, and move throughout warehouse operations for extended periods. Ability to occasionally lift or move materials weighing up to 50 pounds. Ability to safely work in active warehouse environments with forklifts, conveyors, and material handling equipment. Ability to inspect warehouse operations and respond to operational needs throughout the facility.
