Operations Manager Job Summary We are seeking a Warehouse Operations Coordinator to support daily warehouse operations and ensure operational performance meets established service and productivity goals. The ideal candidate will support warehouse operations, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), coordinate daily activities, and assist with identifying operational risks and process improvement opportunities. This position will work closely with warehouse management, customer service, and operations teams to maintain a safe, efficient, and customer-focused operation. Key Responsibilities Support and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, inventory, picking, packing, shipping, and other warehouse activities. Monitor and maintain key warehouse KPIs , including productivity, accuracy, inventory accuracy, throughput, service levels, and operational efficiency. Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports. Identify operational issues, delays, and risks and escalate them to management in a timely manner. Support warehouse supervisors and associates with daily operational requirements and priorities. Coordinate with internal teams and customers to resolve operational issues and ensure service requirements are met. Assist with inventory control, cycle counts, and inventory accuracy initiatives. Support the implementation and improvement of standard operating procedures (SOPs). Monitor workflow and resource utilization and recommend opportunities to improve productivity and efficiency. Assist with root-cause analysis and corrective action plans for operational issues. Support warehouse projects, process improvements, and automation initiatives as needed. Maintain accurate operational documentation and records. Ensure warehouse activities are performed in accordance with company policies, safety requirements, and customer requirements. Perform other operational duties as assigned by management. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in warehouse, distribution, logistics, or supply chain operations preferred. Experience with warehouse operations, inventory control, or 3PL operations preferred. Strong organizational and coordination skills. Ability to analyze operational data and understand warehouse KPIs. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with supervisors and team members. Strong attention to detail and follow-through. Experience with WMS or other warehouse management systems is a plus. Experience in warehouse automation or continuous improvement is a plus. Korean language proficiency is preferred. Candidates who are fluent in both Korean and English are highly preferred.
