Full Job Description Location:

Rancho Cucamonga, CA Schedule:

Mon-Fri, 7:00 AM - 3:40 PM (flexible based on operations)

Pay Rate:

Starting at $20/hr (based on experience) Overview We are looking for a hands-on Outbound to C Lead Trainee to support daily fulfillment operations in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role is responsible for ensuring order accuracy, on-time shipment, and supporting team performance. • Lead daily outbound operations, including picking, packing, labeling, shipping, and multi-item order fulfillment
• Ensure accurate and on-time shipment of customer orders
• Support and guide associates to meet productivity, quality, and accuracy goals
• Coordinate with Inventory and Receiving teams to resolve issues
• Monitor workflow and adjust based on daily volume
• Identify and resolve order errors, delays, or system issues
• Use WMS and RF scanners to track and manage orders
• Support supervisors with other operational tasks and duties as needed Qualifications
• 2+ years of warehouse or outbound/fulfillment experience
• Prior lead or team coordination experience preferred
• Familiar with WMS, picking/packing, and shipping processes
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
