Warehouse Supervisor Richmond, CA | Onsite | Full-Time | $85,000-$97,000 + bonus potential LHH is partnering with an established distribution organization to hire a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor. This leader will guide daily warehouse operations, develop employees, and maintain safe, accurate, and efficient shipping, receiving, and inventory processes. Job Details Lead, coach, train, and evaluate warehouse employees while supporting workforce planning and performance management. Oversee shipping, receiving, inventory control, productivity, and daily operational decisions. Maintain compliance with workplace safety and applicable food safety practices. Monitor workflow, staffing, accuracy, and service levels; address issues quickly and effectively. Use warehouse and business systems to track activity and support operational reporting. Operate material handling equipment as needed and reinforce safe equipment practices. Requirements 3-5+ years of progressive warehouse, distribution, logistics, or supply chain experience, including employee supervision. Hands-on experience with shipping, receiving, inventory control, workforce planning, coaching, and performance management. Forklift certification and knowledge of material handling equipment. Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel, with the ability to learn ERP and warehouse management systems. High school diploma or GED. Preferred Associate or bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, logistics, operations, or related field. Experience operating a hostler. Schedule & Compensation Onsite in Richmond, California, Monday through Friday. Start time at 6:00 a.m. or 8:00 a.m., based on operational needs.

Salary range:

$85,000-$97,000, plus bonus potential.
