What We Offer Paid training and ongoing professional development RBT certification support Guaranteed 15-20 hours per week Mileage/travel reimbursement Employee referral bonuses Meaningful work helping children with autism develop essential life skills Earn Extra with Our Shift Bonuses Evening Sessions (Monday-Friday, starting at 6:00 PM): +$5/hour on top of your regular hourly rate Weekend Sessions (Saturday & Sunday): +$10/hour on top of your regular hourly rate What You'll Be Doing Support and mentor Behavior Technicians during ABA sessions. Provide hands-on guidance and model effective ABA strategies. Support onboarding and shadow training for new BTs. Collaborate with BCBAs to ensure quality service delivery. Provide direct 1:1 ABA services when assigned. Provide constructive feedback and help address training needs. Maintain required training trackers and session documentation. What We're Looking For Active RBT certification. Previous ABA/BT experience. Strong communication and leadership skills. Ability to coach and support other BTs. Reliable and comfortable taking initiative. Saturday availability required. This is a great opportunity for an experienced RBT who is ready to take on additional leadership responsibilities while continuing to make a direct impact with learners.
