Preferred Qualifications

Manage the daily scling, dispatch, and coordination of flooring installation crews to ensure on-time projectpletion.

Assign installation crews based on project requirements, crew availability, geographic location, and skill set to maximize efficiency.

Coordinate with customers, property managers, warehouse operations, and installation teams to ensure materials and labor are available as scled.

Monitor installation progress and adjust scles to address delays, emergency requests, and changing business priorities.

Resolve customer and installer scling issues while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Track crew productivity, work orderpletion, and scling accuracy while ensuringpliance withpany safety and quality standards.

Partner with cross-functional teams to improve scling processes, increase operational efficiency, and support overall business objectives.

5+ years of experience working in a distribution center.

2+ years of experience in a lead or mentorship role.

Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Job Summary

Supervises multiple departments within the distribution center, including case pick, shipping, receiving, returns, loading, order processing, and replenishment. Provides direction and motivation to warehouse associates while ensuring safety, productivity, and quality.

Major Tasks, Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities

Monitors productivity of warehouse associates and balances workload to ensure production and delivery goals are met.

Provides training, tools, and equipment for warehouse associates to ensure tasks arepleted safely and efficiently.

Ensures all warehousing functions are running smoothly and acts as a point-of-contact for escalated issues.

Identifies process improvements to enhance distribution center performance and the effectiveness of each department.

Evaluates the distribution center's alignment for efficiency and inventory management.

Ensures all associates maintain clean work areas and followpany safety policies and prores.

Completes appropriate paperwork and productivity reports.

Work Environment

Usually located in afortable environment but with regular exposure to factors causing moderate physical difort, such as dust, fumes, or odors.

Requires intermittent periods during which continuous physical exertion is required, such as walking, standing, stooping, climbing, lifting, and maneuvering material or equipment that may be heavy (50+ pounds) or awkward.

Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.

Education and Experience

Typically requires BS/BA in a related discipline. Generally 5+ years of experience in a related field. May require certification. Advanced degree may offset less experience in some disciplines.
