Job Overview:

We are seeking a Shipping & Receiving Coordinator who will be responsible for various office-related warehouse functions. Receiving telephone/e-mail requests for questions regarding orders, order changes, adjustments, and cancellations directly from dispatch, customers, brokers, and transportation companies. Achieves and maintains a relationship with customers and works to give them the best service possible. This individual will engage with and follow safety procedures, and policy compliance. The position may not include all the specific duties and responsibilities listed. Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Cross checking BOLs with outbound and inbound Distribution sheets.
• Proven warehouse experience with familiarity in shipping & receiving processes
• Good communication skills to coordinate with team members across shifts and departments
• Prepare orders using Agknowledge while referencing customers' orders
• Monitor product receiving during the day and cross reference truck arrivals
• Check-In trucks on a first come - first serve basis
• Verify paperwork and documentation are filled out correctly
• Relay information to drivers and customers regarding loading status in a professional and courteous manner
• Direct trucks to available doors and assigning available loaders to either load or unload the trailer efficiently
• Answer telephone Inquiries
• Make copies and scan all paperwork for traceability purposes
• Assist with Food Safety protocols
• Minimum 3 years of experience of related experience
• Hish School Diploma or GED
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Forklift Experience preferred but not required
• Proficient with

Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Google Workspace Ideal Candidate:

Pay:

$20.00 - $22.00 per hour
