Warehouse Lead Pro Staff Hire Soultions Santa Ana, CA Job Details Full-time $18 - $19 an hour 1 hour ago Qualifications Teamwork Attention to detail Warehouse experience Materials handling Delegation Full Job Description Warehouse Lead Prior warehouse, inventory, shipping/receiving, or material-handling experience ; Previous Lead or team coordination experience preferred; Strong attention to detail when handling orders, quantities, inventory, and materials; Ability to organize daily workflow, assign and follow up on tasks, and maintain appropriate productivity; Ability to identify and communicate inventory, order, or operational discrepancies; Good communication, accountability, problem-solving, and teamwork skills; Strong safety awareness and ability to follow established warehouse procedures; Reliable attendance and consistent job performance; and Ability to perform the essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation.
