Hire Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 1:00 PM-9:00

Available as needed, with some weekend work required We are hiring a hands-on Warehouse Lead for a company in the automotive products manufacturing industry that packages radiator fluid and other automotive fluids. This is a small 2nd shift operation, so we are looking for someone who can lead by example and work alongside the team—not someone who simply manages from the sidelines. What You'll Do Lead and support the 2nd shift warehouse team. Work directly alongside employees and assist wherever needed. Operate a forklift and assist with warehouse and production activities. Help with packing, material movement, organization, and cleaning as needed. Maintain a safe, organized, and productive work environment. Reinforce warehouse safety procedures and company policies. Communicate effectively with employees and management. Partner with the 1st shift supervisor to maintain consistency between shifts. Build positive relationships with employees and provide hands-on support. Adapt to changing priorities and assist wherever needed. What We're Looking For Previous experience as a Warehouse Lead, Team Lead, Warehouse Supervisor, or similar role. Strong warehouse or manufacturing experience. Forklift experience preferred. Knowledge of warehouse safety practices and procedures. Ability to independently lead a 2nd shift team. Strong communication and leadership skills. Bilingual English/Spanish a plus but not required. Comfortable working hands-on and jumping in wherever needed. Reliable, adaptable, and able to work well with a small team. Someone who leads by example and takes pride in building strong relationships with their team. This is a great opportunity for an experienced hands-on leader who enjoys being involved in the day-to-day operation and supporting their team.
