WHAT YOU WILL DO

Lead daily fulfillment activities on the warehouse floor, ensuring orders are processed accurately, efficiently, and on time Support Warehouse Specialists by assigning priorities, balancing workload, and maintaining operational standards Own execution of pick, pack, ship, of daily outbound shipments Monitor order volume, fulfillment queues, and shipping cutoffs to identify and escalate risks before they impact customers Train and support team members on warehouse systems and outbound shipping quality standards Partner with the Warehouse Manager and cross-functional teams to resolve issues and keep operations moving

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Previous experience leading, coordinating, or serving as a senior member of a warehouse or fulfillment team Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Basic comfort using computers, scanners, or warehouse tools Reliable, punctual, and able to follow operational processes and safety standards Comfortable using computers, scanners, WMS/ERP platforms, and shipping systems

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

3+ years of warehouse, fulfillment, shipping, or logistics experience Experience with inventory management systems or WMS platforms Familiarity with parcel and freight shipping processes Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain) Hazmat certification Experience working in a startup or high-growth warehouse environment Experience working with FedEx, UPS, LTL, or other parcel and freight carriers

$25.00 per hour
