Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Fleet Coordinator-Dispatching Admin for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Fort Collins, CO. This role supports commercial fleet operations in an agriculture-related field environment, serving as a key communication and coordination point between fleet leasing partners, field operations, vendors, and internal departments. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented fleet professional who enjoys organizing information, solving problems, supporting vehicle lifecycle processes, and helping operational teams stay efficient. • Support fleet department initiatives, daily operations, reporting, and administrative coordination.
• Serve as a liaison between fleet leasing companies, field operations, vendors, and internal departments.
• Process new vehicle order requests, including factory orders and out-of-stock vehicle requests.
• Manage high-volume email communication, data entry, recordkeeping, filing, and fleet-related documentation.
• Audit, troubleshoot, and maintain internal and external fleet reports for accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate vehicle and equipment sales requests with auction partners. Compensation and Benefits
• Pay range: $80,000 to $125,000 per year.
