Job Description

Warehouse Coordinator 13537 Granville Avenue, Clermont, FL 34711 $15 an hour - Full-time $15 an hour - Full-time We are looking for a reliable and organized Warehouse Coordinator to manage daily warehouse operations and inventory control for our electrical construction company.
Responsibilities:
Organize and maintain warehouse inventory and storage areas Track and control inventory levels Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials and equipment Prepare and distribute materials to field employees and technicians Request quotes and place material orders with suppliers Register and maintain accounts with new suppliers/vendors Coordinate material pickups and deliveries when necessary Keep records of inventory movements and purchase orders Ensure warehouse cleanliness, safety, and organization at all times Communicate with office staff, project managers, and suppliers regarding material needs Assist with loading/unloading company vehicles Monitor stock shortages and proactively restock materials Support operational efficiency by ensuring crews receive the correct materials on time
Requirements:
Valid driver's license (required) Ability to drive company vehicles for material pickups when needed Previous warehouse, inventory, or construction material experience preferred Basic computer and organizational skills (Microsoft Office, Outlook, etc.) Ability to lift and move materials/equipment Strong attention to detail and time management Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently
Schedule:
Monday through Friday 6:30 AM - 3:30 PM (1-hour lunch break) Some days may require staying later until 4:00 PM or 4:30 PM depending on operational needs
Preferred Experience:
Electrical or construction industry experience is a plus Experience dealing with suppliers and material purchasing preferred Tipo de vaga:
