Job Responsibilities Represent Dynamic Garage Doors professionally inside Costco warehouses Engage Costco members in a friendly, positive, and non-aggressive manner Initiate conversations and identify potential customers Answer basic customer questions and provide accurate information Generate qualified leads through customer conversations and promotional activities Obtain accurate customer contact information with the customer's permission Clearly communicate the customer's needs and project information to the sales team Maintain accurate daily lead records and reporting Maintain a clean, organized, and professional booth or promotional area Work toward daily and weekly lead-generation goals Follow all Costco, company, and program policies and procedures Represent Dynamic Garage Doors and our brand positively at all times What Makes a Qualified Lead? A qualified lead is a Costco member who has expressed genuine interest in our products or services and has provided accurate contact information with permission to be contacted by our sales team. The goal is quality, not simply quantity. Lead quality and accuracy are important components of this position.
