Full-Time Position Summary The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient workflow, accurate inventory management, and a safe working environment. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate staff and logistics to meet company goals. Key Duties & Responsibilities Supervise warehouse staff and daily activities, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping. Maintain accurate inventory records and oversee cycle counts. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and OSHA regulations. Coordinate inbound and outbound freight with carriers and vendors. Train, coach, and evaluate warehouse employees. Monitor equipment usage and schedule maintenance when needed. Improve workflow efficiency and recommend operational enhancements. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse performance reports. Required Qualifications Previous warehouse supervisory or lead experience. Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory systems, and safety procedures. Ability to lift, move, and handle materials as needed. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Forklift certification preferred but not required. Proficiency with warehouse management software (WMS) and basic computer skills. Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly or salary pay (based on experience).
