—WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR
North Miami / Aventura Area We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse, production, and fulfillment operations. This role requires a strong leader who can manage employees, keep production running efficiently, maintain quality and safety standards, and quickly resolve operational issues. Key Responsibilities- Schedule and assign packers, shippers, and machine operators; manage call-outs and daily staffing needs.
- Monitor production output, equipment slowdowns, and workflow to keep operations on schedule.
- Oversee quality control, including fill levels, labels, packaging, and seal integrity.
- Enforce PPE, workplace safety, and lockout/tagout procedures.
- Train, cross-train, supervise, and coach warehouse and production employees.
- Monitor inventory and production supplies to prevent interruptions.
- Oversee order accuracy, shipping manifests, packing, and outgoing shipments.
- Track production, downtime, waste, incidents, and other operational issues. Requirements
- Previous warehouse, manufacturing, production, or supervisory experience.
- Bilingual English/Spanish required.
- Strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working around production and packaging equipment.
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple employees and workflows.
- Must live within reasonable commuting distance of North Miami / Aventura.
