Summary:
The Warehouse Lead is responsible for supporting daily distribution warehouse operations while providing direction to warehouse staff to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and safety. This role is hands-on and includes shipping, receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment within a fast-paced distribution environment.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Assign daily tasks and guide warehouse staff to meet operational goals Monitor workflow to ensure productivity, accuracy, and timely order fulfillment Assist with training and development of warehouse employees Inspect and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and condition Report damaged, missing, or incorrect items Store materials in designated warehouse locations Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders according to pick tickets Ensure proper labeling and shipping documentation Coordinate carrier pickups and maintain shipping supplies Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with cycle counts Use warehouse systems to track inventory and shipments Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment Assist with basic facility and equipment maintenance as needed Requirements /
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required • 1-3 years of warehouse experience; leadership experience preferred Bilingual English and Spanish required Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills High attention to detail and accuracy Basic math skills for inventory tracking Experience operating material-handling equipment Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. and perform frequent standing, bending, and reaching
Schedule:
Monday - Friday | 9:00 AM - 5:00
PM Pay Rate:
