About the Job We're looking for a dependable, hands-on person to join our team as a Produce Warehouse Supervisor . This is a fast-paced position in a fresh produce warehouse where every day can be a little different. You'll help keep the shipping and receiving side of the warehouse running smoothly, while working closely with the warehouse team to make sure produce is received, handled, stored, and shipped properly. We're looking for someone who can lead by example, stay calm when things get busy, and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves and help get the job done. What You'll Be Doing Help lead and support the warehouse team with daily work assignments, scheduling, and priorities. Work with employees to keep the warehouse organized and the day's work moving along. Receive incoming produce and check the quality, quantity, temperature, and condition of the product. Compare incoming shipments and packing slips with purchase orders and report any shortages, damage, or other problems. Help make sure customer orders are picked, staged, packed, and loaded correctly and on time. Make sure products that require temperature control are handled properly. Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely. Keep inventory accurate and help with cycle counts. Follow FIFO (First-In, First-Out) practices to help maintain product quality and reduce waste. Enter order information for temperature recorders and make sure the correct recorder is placed in the correct trailer. Help maintain food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards. Follow FDA, USDA, HACCP, and PrimusGFS requirements. Work with drivers, carriers, and vendors to coordinate shipments and deliveries. Keep shipping and receiving paperwork and records accurate and up to date in FAMOUS . Help troubleshoot problems as they come up, including staffing, equipment, utilities, product quality, inventory discrepancies, and shipping or receiving issues. Jump in and help wherever needed. This is a hands-on position , not a sit-behind-the-desk job. What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who: Has at least 2 years of warehouse, shipping/receiving, or logistics experience , preferably in produce or food distribution. Has previous experience leading or supervising a team. Communicates well and knows how to work with different types of people. Can stay organized and focused when things get busy. Is dependable and takes pride in doing the job right. Is comfortable working in a refrigerated/cold warehouse environment. Can lift up to 50-60 pounds when needed. Has experience with forklifts and other warehouse equipment. Forklift certification is preferred. Has basic knowledge of food safety and

USDA/FDA

requirements. Has computer experience. FAMOUS, Bartender, and Microsoft Office experience is a plus. Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus, but not required.
