WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR

- Brooksville Brooksville Manufacturer is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to lead our Distribution & Service Center team. This is a hands-on, working supervisor position ideal for candidates with strong leadership skills and experience in shipping, receiving, and metal handling operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, manage, and motivate warehouse staff to meet daily operational goals Supervise and participate in shipping and receiving activities Receive, inspect, and store incoming shipments Package and ship products per customer specifications Build skids and wood boxes for shipments Operate metal cutting machines, deburring machines, and nail guns Use measuring tools including micrometers, calipers, and tape measures Ensure a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment Enforce quality standards and company procedures Operate forklift (or obtain certification) Coordinate and support daily warehouse and inventory operations

Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED required Previous warehouse and supervisory/lead experience required Proven ability to lead, manage, and develop a team Strong experience with measuring equipment (micrometers, calipers, tape measures) - required Experience with metal cutting equipment (saw operation a plus) Forklift experience preferred Microsoft Office knowledge Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, squat, and reach Strong written and verbal communication skills (American English) Hands-on leader with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
