Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Warehouse Supervisor to lead our warehouse operations with energy and precision. In this vital role, you will oversee daily distribution activities, manage inventory control, and ensure efficient logistics processes. Responsibilities Supervise daily warehouse activities including shipping, receiving, inventory management, and materials handling to ensure smooth operations. Lead and motivate warehouse staff, providing clear direction, training, and support to enhance team performance and safety compliance. Oversee the operation of material handling equipment such as forklifts and RF scanners to facilitate efficient movement of goods. Implement process improvements using lean management principles to increase productivity and reduce waste. Maintain accurate inventory records utilizing warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control software; conduct regular cycle counts and audits. Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and safety protocols across all warehouse activities. Coordinate logistics for distribution center operations, including shipping & receiving schedules, carrier communication, and documentation accuracy. Qualifications Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or in a similar warehouse management role with demonstrated leadership skills. Strong knowledge of warehouse distribution processes, inventory management systems, and logistics operations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for reporting and communication purposes. Hands-on experience operating material handling equipment such as forklifts; certification preferred. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, and inventory management tools. Excellent managerial communication skills to lead teams effectively and coordinate with cross-functional departments. Pay:
$18.00 - $21.00 per hour
