As the Quality Supervisor, you will establish, implement and maintain the processes for the Quality Management System (QMS). What you'll do on a typical day: Execute the QMS according to documented policies and procedures, meeting the requirements of the applicable international quality standards Review the QMS at planned intervals to ensure its continuing suitability, adequacy and effectiveness, including assessing opportunities for improvement and the need for system changes Provide high-level reporting on the performance of the system and any recommendations for improvement Serve as the site audit authority for all internal and external company audits Post all company quality policies and address policy training to make sure it is understood, implemented and maintained at all levels Ensure that facility/departmental training, status and setup is reviewed at the required frequency and that the training requirements are met in a timely manner Execute corrective and preventive actions, including initiation and recommendation of solutions, and project management; verify solution has been implemented until defect has been corrected Implement quality initiatives at facilities as required What you need to succeed at
