The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse, including inventory management, shipping and receiving, and maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment. This is an opportunity for a long-term position and to join a growing company. Responsibilities Monitor and ensure accurate and up-to-date inventory records. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse. Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities. Conduct weekly cycle counts of selective inventory bins to ensure accuracy. Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage. Pick, pack and load shipments for customers and technicians. Coordinate with carriers and suppliers to resolve any issues. Suggest and implement more efficient ways to optimize warehouse operations. Work on special projects as assigned by the management team. Foster a culture of safety. Requirements and Skills High school diploma or equivalent Proven experience in warehouse operations or related role Knowledge of petroleum systems a plus Ability to operate materials handling equipment. Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Software Work cooperatively and productively with little supervision. Able to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds.
