As our business continues to grow, we're looking for a dependable, motivated Warehouse Fulfillment Supervisor to help lead our warehouse team and ensure our customers' orders are fulfilled accurately, efficiently, and on time. Position Overview As the Warehouse Fulfillment Supervisor, you'll work closely with the Warehouse Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our distribution and fulfillment team. This is a hands-on leadership position. You'll help coordinate daily workloads, provide direction to warehouse employees, monitor productivity and order accuracy, troubleshoot fulfillment issues, and step in wherever needed to keep orders moving. You'll also serve as a key point of leadership on the warehouse floor, helping maintain a productive, organized, safe, and positive work environment. What You'll Do ✅ Team Leadership & Supervision Assist the Warehouse Manager in leading and supervising the warehouse fulfillment team. Help assign daily responsibilities based on order volume, staffing, and operational priorities. Provide clear direction, coaching, training, and support to warehouse employees. Help hold team members accountable for productivity, attendance, accuracy, safety, and established procedures. Lead by example and be willing to work alongside the team when additional support is needed. Help train and onboard new warehouse employees. Serve as the primary floor leader when the Warehouse Manager is unavailable. ✅ Order Fulfillment & Daily Operations Help oversee the picking, packing, and shipping of customer orders to ensure orders are completed accurately and on time. Monitor daily order volume and workflow to identify bottlenecks or areas that need additional support. Reallocate team members and resources throughout the day as fulfillment needs change. Help ensure shipping deadlines and daily fulfillment goals are met. Monitor order accuracy, packaging quality, labeling, and overall fulfillment standards. Assist with receiving, stocking, replenishment, product movement, and other warehouse operations as needed. Help prepare the warehouse team for seasonal volume increases, promotions, product launches, and other high-volume periods. ✅ Problem Solving, Safety & Organization Identify and address workflow issues, inventory discrepancies, damaged products, shipping problems, and other fulfillment challenges. Communicate inventory or operational concerns to the Warehouse Manager and appropriate departments. Help maintain an organized warehouse with properly stocked and maintained picking and packing areas. Ensure employees follow established safety procedures and warehouse policies. Help identify opportunities to improve warehouse efficiency, productivity, organization, and processes. Maintain clear communication with the Warehouse Manager regarding daily performance, staffing needs, employee concerns, and operational issues.

Who You Are:

Experienced Leader:

Previous experience in warehouse, distribution, fulfillment, shipping, manufacturing, or a similar environment is preferred. Previous supervisory or team-lead experience is strongly preferred.

You're not afraid to jump in and work alongside the team when needed. You understand that leadership in a warehouse happens on the floor, not just behind a desk.

You can manage multiple priorities, keep the team focused, and adjust quickly when order volume or priorities change.
