The Warehouse Operations Supervisor responsibilities include the efficient day-to-day operation of the warehouse with particular emphasis on supervising warehouse personnel and achieving daily production goals.

Pay Range:

$70,000

• $75,000 per year with an additional $5,000 night shift differential.

The night shift is expected to run through the end of December. After that, all positions will move to first shift, and the night shift differential will end.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement shipping and receiving schedules to support efficient warehouse operations and productivity goals.
• Directly supervise warehouse personnel, assigning work based on skills, experience, and operational needs.
• Oversee inbound and outbound shipments to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and customer service standards.
• Monitor equipment utilization and coordinate maintenance activities with management.
• Establish daily productivity expectations and balance labor resources to meet operational objectives.
• Prepare and submit daily end-of-shift reports and recommend process improvements.
• Conduct pre-shift meetings to communicate productivity results, workload forecasts, and operational updates.
• Support employee onboarding, training, coaching, performance management, and talent development initiatives.
• Partner with Human Resources and leadership to address employee relations matters, disciplinary actions, and staffing needs.
• Maintain accurate timekeeping records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Promote a safe, clean, and efficient warehouse environment while ensuring adherence to OSHA and company safety standards.
• Investigate, document, and follow up on workplace incidents and injuries, and ensure completion of required equipment safety inspections.
• Participate in company meetings and travel to other warehouse locations as needed.

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business or related field, or at least 1-5 years of supervisory experience
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (Manhattan preferred).
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Working knowledge of warehouse and mechanical equipment.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage changing priorities and make sound decisions under pressure.
• Experience managing seasonal workforces is a plus.
• Working knowledge of

OSHA, DOT, HAZMAT, FDA

regulations and thewillingness to become certified in one or more of these areas as necessary

• Knowledge of or willingness to learn performance metrics, process improvement methodologies, and Lean/Six Sigma principles.
• Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and employee development skills.
