Pooler, Richmond Hill, Rincon, Savannah and Garden City Hourly Rates:

1st Shift - $19.50 2nd Shift - $20.00

Responsibilities:

Lead daily start-up meetings and communicate shift goals and priorities. Assign and balance labor to meet operational demands. Run and manage waves to support order fulfillment and workflow efficiency. Perform and support inventory control processes, including: Cycle counts, inventory adjustments, discrepancy resolution Troubleshoot system and operational issues (WMS, RF, workflow breakdowns). Identify root causes of issues and implement immediate corrective actions. Monitor productivity and ensure performance standards are met. Provide real-time coaching, feedback, and support to associates. Enforce safety policies and operational procedures. Support onboarding and cross-training of team members. Communicate effectively with supervisors, clerks, and other departments.

Requirements:

Previous warehouse experience required Leadership or supervisory experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Stop by at our office or call for more information.
