We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Assistant Warehouse Manager to support our warehouse operations with enthusiasm and precision, with the opportunity to grow into the Warehouse Manager role. Duties Assist in supervising daily warehouse activities including shipping, receiving, inventory management, and material handling to ensure smooth operations. Ensure product and material deliveries are received and put away in a timely manner. Pull and organize materials for order production teams. Maintain general warehouse cleanliness and organize in accordance with SQF practices. Support inventory control systems to include quarterly warehouse inventory counts. Coordinate logistics activities with carriers and transportation providers to meet delivery deadlines and optimize distribution center operations. Wrapping pallets, loading and unloading trailers Booking and coordinating LTL and small parcel freight shipments using TMS (LINKEX) and ERP (NETSUITE) Systems. Assist teammates in production & shipping as needed.
