  • Parcel Operations (Monday
  • Friday) Manage warehouse and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing operational, personnel, and safety policies and procedures to ensure efficient and compliant parcel operations.

Key Responsibilities Oversee receiving, warehouse, parcel, and distribution operations. Manage daily parcel shipping operations, including FedEx, UPS, and other small package carriers. Ensure timely processing, sorting, scanning, and shipment of parcel orders while meeting service level requirements. Maintain warehouse staff by motivating, training, developing, and supervising team members and supervisors. Coach, counsel, and discipline employees while promoting a positive and productive work environment. Monitor productivity, quality, and service metrics and provide regular operational reports. Position will require flexibility Maintain a strong sense of urgency regarding safety training, compliance, and operational excellence. Qualifications Prior experience in warehouse, distribution, and parcel operations required. Strong knowledge of parcel shipping processes, including FedEx and UPS systems and procedures. Proficient in the use of computers, handheld scanners, warehouse management systems (WMS), and Microsoft Office applications. Ability to generate, analyze, and distribute operational reports. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to send professional emails and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization. Proven leadership experience in supervising, training, and developing warehouse associates. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities. Excellent communication skills Bilingual a plus
