They work closely with management in developing and improving existing procedures and policies, preventing losses and ensuring accuracy of inventory records. Successful inventory Leads should have excellent interpersonal communication skills, a firm grasp of navigating through computer programs, and an ability to work both independently and in a team. Ideal candidates will have previous inventory experience. Responsibilities

Oversee WIP material and audits

Oversee production consumption processes

Cycle count dry materials in production areas

Complete line/area audits

Oversee RAFing process in production

Work closely with finance on internal accounting questions and resolutions.

Identify, research and reconcile inventory discrepancies in a timely manner

Demonstrate familiarity with product (item numbers, description, quantity per pallet, etc.) to perform accurate cycle counting.

Communicate and develop process enhancements as needed (performs root cause analysis on inventory discrepancies and recommends process improvements to eliminate them)

Ensure inventory accuracy is maintained daily and accurately entering data from Product Loss Forms, physical counts, etc.

Generate and distribute SAP reports

Train and share knowledge with team members to help improve their skills

Keep well maintained, legible documents and create and post journals in SAP in a timely manner

Be involved in implementing solutions and ideas in the department

Work with other departments to create and maintain a "whole team" atmosphere

Keep areas clean and organized

Enforce and observe all safety rules and regulations as put forth by Chobani and OSHA

Assist with month end inventory reports

Other duties as assigned by Manager and Supervisor

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent

Proficient with Microsoft Office products, experience with Excel pivot tables preferred

Experience with MRP/ERP software preferred

SAP Experience preferred

Experience with RF equipment

Operate warehouse equipment including but not limited to order picker.

High level of attention to detail and accuracy

Strong math skills

Strong communication skills

Must be able to lift, push, pull up to 60lbs withreasonable accommodations

Must be at work on time and maintain good attendance

Safety and quality oriented

Must follow GMP's and practice good housekeeping

Work in a team environment or independently

Maintain good communication with team members, supervisors, and manager

Work in other departments as needed

Must be flexible with schedule.

The salary range for this full-time position is$25.50-$33.50, + bonus + equity + benefits. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
