Geneva Logistics Group | Bolingbrook, IL $22.00-$28.00/hour | 1st Shift | 6 AM-3:30 PM/ 7AM- 4:30 PM Full-Time | 40-50 hours/week Join a Growing Team Geneva Logistics Group is looking for an experienced Warehouse Shift Lead to oversee our 1st shift e-commerce fulfillment operation in Bolingbrook. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys working on the warehouse floor, developing employees, solving problems, and keeping operations moving. You will help lead a team while ensuring productivity, accuracy, safety, and customer expectations are met. What You'll Do Lead, coach, and motivate warehouse associates on 1st shift. Assign daily work and adjust priorities based on operational needs. Oversee e-commerce fulfillment activities, including picking, packing, stowing, put-away, replenishment, and shipping preparation . Monitor productivity, quality, attendance, and safety throughout the shift. Address performance and operational issues in real time. Train employees on warehouse processes, safety procedures, and performance expectations. Maintain accurate and organized inventory and work areas. Communicate staffing, productivity, and operational updates between shifts and with management. Help identify opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and overall warehouse performance. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. What We're Looking For Bilingual English/Spanish required. Previous warehouse leadership, lead, supervisor, or management experience required . Experience in e-commerce fulfillment, distribution, logistics, or a high-volume warehouse preferred. Strong leadership and communication skills. Reliable attendance and a strong sense of accountability. Ability to prioritize, multitask, and make decisions in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer skills; WMS or warehouse management system experience is a plus. Comfortable working hands-on with a warehouse team. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand/walk for extended periods. Availability to work 1st shift and overtime when needed.
