Job Overview
MONDAY - THURSDAY
3rd Shift- 6pm Start Time
MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK OVERTIME, END TIME VARIES BY DAY. SHIFT CAN VARY BETWEEN 10-14

EACH DAY. PHYSICAL WORK PLEASE APPLY IN PERSON BETWEEN 9AM-5PM AT 7239 W ROOSEVELT RD FOREST PARK IL 60130, PLEASE BRING SOCIAL AND ID.
Duties Supervise and coordinate dock activities related to shipping, receiving, and material handling to ensure timely operations Lead and motivate a team of warehouse associates, providing clear direction, training, and performance feedback Operate and oversee the use of forklifts, RF scanners, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently Manage inventory control processes using warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory management systems to ensure accuracy Implement process improvements to optimize workflow, reduce waste, and enhance overall efficiency in dock operations Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and safety protocols during all warehouse activities Collaborate with logistics teams to schedule shipments, coordinate inbound/outbound deliveries, and resolve operational issues promptly Requirements Proven experience in warehouse distribution, logistics, or distribution center operations with a focus on dock management Strong leadership skills with prior warehouse supervisor or team management experience Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and RF scanners Ability to operate material handling equipment such as forklifts safely (certification preferred) Knowledge of lean management principles and process improvement strategies Excellent communication skills for managerial coordination and team leadership Physical ability for heavy lifting and performing manual material handling tasks as needed Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and best practices in warehouse operations
Pay:
From $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 50.0 per week
