This individual will be responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations including receiving, production, inventory control, order fulfillment, and shipping. The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or equivalent, 1-3 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations, and more listed below. Pay, Schedule, and Location Starting at $18/hour Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision Monday - Friday 8am-4:20pm Located in Bolingbrook, Illinois Duties and Responsibilities Prepare and ensure accurate documentation for picking, packing and staging materials Maintain inventory accuracy through daily transactions and resolution of reported discrepancies Support process improvements to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction Collaborate with logistics partners and internal departments to ensure timely deliveries Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment Identify process improvement opportunities within the warehouse workflow Adhere to all company policies and safety regulations Requirements and Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree a plus) 1-3 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Attention to
