This role supervises receiving associates, verifies incoming product against purchase orders and packing slips, maintains inventory accuracy, and coordinates with purchasing, warehouse, inventory control, and operations teams to resolve discrepancies and keep product flowing through the facility. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, schedule, and support receiving team members to ensure daily workload is completed accurately and on time.
• Oversee unloading, inspection, counting, labeling, and staging of inbound shipments.
• Verify received goods against purchase orders, packing slips, bills of lading, and system records.
• Investigate and resolve receiving discrepancies, damaged goods, shortages, overages, and documentation issues.
• Ensure inventory is received into the system accurately and in accordance with company procedures.
• Coordinate with purchasing, customer service, inventory control, quality, and warehouse teams regarding inbound product status and receiving priorities.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe receiving area in compliance with company policies and safety standards.
• Oversee and coordinate shipments of finished goods to our fulfillment center.
• Monitor team productivity, accuracy, attendance, and adherence to standard operating procedures.
• Operate or oversee the safe use of forklifts, pallet jacks, scanners, and other warehouse equipment as needed.
• Prepare receiving reports, track performance metrics, and communicate operational updates to management.
• Support cycle counts, inventory audits, and other warehouse projects as assigned. Required Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or related certification preferred.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
• 1-2 yrs Previous warehouse, receiving, logistics, distribution, or inventory experience required.
• Prior supervisory or team lead experience strongly preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify receiving, documentation, and inventory discrepancies.
• Ability to use warehouse management systems, scanners, Microsoft Office, and basic reporting tools.
• Effective communication, leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple inbound shipments and adjust to changing operational needs.
• Forklift certification preferred or ability to become certified.
