Description of Warehouse Lead Oversee mixing operations to achieve production goals while maintaining safety, quality, service, housekeeping, and equipment Assist in creating a positive and rewarding experience for all mill employees Implement, manage and perform maintenance programs Ensure that inbound / outbound operations are executed in a safe, timely and efficient manner Full time, direct hire position Planned overtime Requirements of Warehouse Lead Experience in the Agriculture/Livestock field preferred Experience in the feed milling industry a plus Experience in industry related to regulatory process (i.e., FDA/IDOA/OSHA) a plus Must pass a drug screen, motor vehicle report and a criminal background check Reliable work history with good references required Compensation of Warehouse Lead $18
