$24-$29/hr Join Our Team! Do you have a passion for working with heavy machinery and solving complex mechanical problems? Join our team as a Service Technician and help keep essential equipment running at peak performance. We're looking for a skilled professional who thrives in a hands-on environment and takes pride in quality workmanship. What You'll Do Inspect, maintain, and repair heavy-duty equipment such as directional drills, trenchers, brush chippers, excavators, aerial lifts, and more. Diagnose electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical issues using computerized tools. Perform preventative maintenance and repairs using hand and power tools. Clean, lubricate, test, and troubleshoot equipment to ensure operational efficiency and safety. Complete service tickets and documentation in a timely and accurate manner. Communicate repair status with customers and collaborate with fellow technicians as needed. Fill in as a Field Service Tech on an as needed basis. What You Bring High school diploma or GED required. 2-5 years of experience repairing heavy equipment OR completion of a formal technical training program preferred. Agricultural experience Hands-on experience with electrical and hydraulic systems. Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills. Self-motivated, safety-conscious, and time management skills. Computer literacy and familiarity with diagnostic tools.
