• Manage the VMI warehouse holding raw and sub-materials for ESS battery production
• Coordinate Just-In-Time (JIT) delivery to the customer line
• Verify inbound and outbound transactions; maintain accurate inventory records
• Oversee the on-site inspection team 2) Customer Requests and Issue Response
• Build weekly, monthly and quarterly warehouse operating plans
• Prepare warehouse cost settlement data and supporting reports
• Coordinate order and shipment schedules with the customer and headquarters 3) Headquarters Support
• Prepare and support operational reporting to headquarters
• Handle administrative work related to logistics operations and inventory control 4) Site Management Support
• Provide administrative support and Korean-English interpretation for the site General Manager Requirements

• Education:

  Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

• Experience:

  4+ years in warehouse operations, logistics, inventory control or supply chain

• Language:

  business-level Korean and English
• Strong computer skills, including spreadsheets and reporting
• Authorized to work in the United States Preferred
• Forklift certification (OSHA-compliant) or willingness to certify
• Hands-on experience with TMS or WMS systems
• International logistics, customs or import/export experience
• Experience in automotive, battery or other high-volume manufacturing supply chains Salary and Benefits
