- Manage the VMI warehouse holding raw and sub-materials for ESS battery production
- Coordinate Just-In-Time (JIT) delivery to the customer line
- Verify inbound and outbound transactions; maintain accurate inventory records
- Oversee the on-site inspection team 2) Customer Requests and Issue Response
- Build weekly, monthly and quarterly warehouse operating plans
- Prepare warehouse cost settlement data and supporting reports
- Coordinate order and shipment schedules with the customer and headquarters 3) Headquarters Support
- Prepare and support operational reporting to headquarters
- Handle administrative work related to logistics operations and inventory control 4) Site Management Support
- Provide administrative support and Korean-English interpretation for the site General Manager Requirements
Education:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experienceExperience:
4+ years in warehouse operations, logistics, inventory control or supply chainLanguage:
business-level Korean and English- Strong computer skills, including spreadsheets and reporting
- Authorized to work in the United States Preferred
- Forklift certification (OSHA-compliant) or willingness to certify
- Hands-on experience with TMS or WMS systems
- International logistics, customs or import/export experience
- Experience in automotive, battery or other high-volume manufacturing supply chains Salary and Benefits
