1st shift Note- The compensation range provided for this position does not include benefits and reflects base pay only. Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to support warehouse operations, data collection, inventory analysis, and administrative coordination. This role involves measuring warehouse materials, maintaining accurate records, updating databases, supporting supply chain activities, and ensuring data integrity within operational systems. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a warehouse environment, analyzing information, and using computer-based applications to support business operations. Key Responsibilities Collect, measure, and document part specifications within a warehouse environment. Enter and maintain accurate data in internal systems and packaging specification applications. Create, update, and maintain Microsoft Office documents, spreadsheets, databases, and operational records. Access and manage information through various data management and communication systems. Support supply chain and inventory-related activities using established procedures. Coordinate and prioritize daily tasks to ensure timely completion of high-priority assignments. Assist internal stakeholders by providing administrative and operational support. Support facility-related activities and general office functions as needed. Operate equipment and vehicles used within warehouse environments safely and efficiently. Identify and communicate opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies. Review and analyze datasets to ensure accuracy and completeness. Required Qualifications Post-secondary education, vocational training, or equivalent experience. Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel and general computer applications. Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling data. Ability to review, interpret, and work with datasets. Sound problem-solving and decision-making skills. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. Comfortable operating small electric warehouse vehicles (similar to a golf cart). Ability to work safely in a busy, high-traffic warehouse environment. Preferred Skills Verbal and written communication skills. Planning and organizational abilities. Knowledge of office and administrative systems. Data entry, management, and record-keeping experience. Data collection and analysis skills. Understanding of supply chain, warehouse, or inventory operations. Familiarity with policies, procedures, and process documentation.
