This role is instrumental in enhancing warehouse operations, streamlining processes, and driving productivity to ensure the accurate and timely delivery of goods. As a key player in our logistics team, you will implement best practices, lead operational improvements, and contribute to the success of a dynamic and growing organization. This position offers long-term stability and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a fast-paced, international logistics environment. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily operations, plan and assign tasks to warehouse staff, address workflow challenges, and ensure compliance with company policies. Develop and adjust employee schedules based on operational needs, monitor attendance, and enforce workplace policies and safety guidelines. Provide training to enhance employee skills, conduct timely performance evaluations, and set actionable goals with constructive feedback. Receive, inspect, store inventory accurately, replenish stock as needed, maintain proper organization, and reconcile inventory discrepancies. Oversee timely and accurate transfers of inventory to trucks, ensuring adherence to delivery schedules. Coordinate the movement of materials to and from the warehouse to maintain operational efficiency. Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement strategies for optimizing warehouse practices. Monitor expenditures, identify cost-saving measures, and implement corrective actions as necessary. Enforce safety protocols and operating procedures to ensure a secure and compliant workplace. Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues promptly to minimize operational downtime. Perform additional tasks as needed to support the overall efficiency of warehouse operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Must be eligible to work in the USA. Associate degree in Business or a related field required. A minimum of six months' experience in distribution or manufacturing Strong leadership and supervisory abilities Proven aptitude for anticipating and resolving problems effectively. Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail. Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines consistently. Proficiency in data entry and inventory management software and systems. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and English is required.
