Accurate Personnel is hiring for a Warehouse Team Leads to join our client in Brownsburg, IN. This individual will be responsible for overseeing daily floor operations, guide warehouse associates, and ensure shipping, receiving, and inventory tasks are completed accurately and safely. Pay, Schedule, and Location Ranging from $18 - $21/hour, paid weekly Excellent benefits: Medical, Dental, and Vision All shifts are available Located in Brownsburg, IN Duties and Responsibilities Direct, motivate, and assist floor staff in daily tasks including picking, packing, loading, unloading, and stocking Monitor daily workflow to ensure productivity targets, quality control standards, and shipping/receiving deadlines are met Perform inventory counts, track stock movements using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or RF scanners, and reconcile discrepancies Help train new associates on standard operating procedures, facility safety guidelines, and equipment use Enforce safety regulations, OSHA compliance, and proper PPE protocols; report accidents or equipment failures immediately Safely operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks, reach trucks) as needed Serve as the primary point of contact between warehouse management and team members regarding shift goals and operational updates Requirements and Qualifications 1-3 years of warehouse, logistics, or distribution experience, with proven leadership or lead experience preferred Experience operating forklifts, electric pallet jacks, or RF scanners is highly preferred Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs regularly Strong communication, time management, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills
