Warehouse Coordinator (Shipping, Receiving, Inventory)

ProSource of Evansville Pay:

$17 an hour Full time 8am-4pm Monday-Friday Hands‑on, fast‑paced warehouse role Must be computer savvy Bottom line: If you enjoy staying active, keeping things organized, and being the person who makes sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes, this could be a great fit.

$17 an hour Hands‑on role with a supportive, team‑focused environment Work with quality products for trade professionals Benefits including healthcare, retirement, and paid time off What you'll actually be doing: This is a hands‑on warehouse role focused on accuracy, organization, and teamwork Receive and inspect inbound shipments for accuracy and quality Pull, stage, and prep products for customer pickup or delivery Load and unload materials safely and efficiently Manage and track inventory using warehouse systems Support customers and sales teams with product needs Keep the warehouse and showroom areas clean and organized Operate a forklift Follow all safety procedures and support the Sales Manager as needed What makes someone successful here: You like physical work and staying busy You take pride in keeping things organized and accurate You're dependable and show up ready to work You communicate clearly and work well with a team You care about safety and doing the job right Ideal background: High School Diploma or GED 1+ year of warehouse, shipping, or receiving experience At least 1 year of Forklift experience Comfort lifting up to 70lbs Familiarity with inventory systems Customer service experience is a bonus
