Fort Wayne, Indiana, United States (On-site) Warehouse Warehouse Supervisor iRiS Recruiting Solutions Fort Wayne, IN Up to $75,000 + Relocation Assistance The best warehouse leaders don't just manage operations—they build teams that consistently deliver results. We're looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to lead a high-volume distribution operation, drive performance, and create a safe, productive environment on 2nd shift. What You'll Do Lead receiving, inventory, order fulfillment, and shipping operations
Coach and develop warehouse associates to meet productivity and quality goals
Monitor WMS data, staffing, and daily KPIs to keep operations running efficiently
Partner with leadership on hiring, training, scheduling, and continuous improvement
Foster a culture focused on safety, accountability, and operational excellence What You Bring 2+ years of warehouse or distribution leadership experience
Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of high-volume inbound and outbound distribution operations
