Warehouse Coordinator Shiel Sexton Company, Inc. - 3.2 Indianapolis, IN Job Details 18 hours ago Qualifications High school diploma or GED Full Job Description Warehouse Coordinator at AGM The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for managing daily warehouse operations that support the service and contract departments. This position coordinates shipping and receiving activities, maintains inventory accuracy, stages materials for upcoming projects, supports loading and unloading operations, and ensures proper tracking of parts, tools, and materials. Role Expectations and Competencies Coordinate shipping and receiving activities, including receiving glass deliveries, verifying materials, labeling incoming materials with the appropriate job name and job number, receiving incoming parts, ensuring proper documentation, and supporting loading and unloading deliveries. Maintain accurate inventory records by organizing, labeling, tracking, and restocking outgoing and returned materials while monitoring inventory levels. Prepare and stage materials for upcoming service work orders and scheduled installations, ensuring all materials are properly documented through requisitions. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse while participating in Toolbox Talks, inspecting PPE, and ensuring compliance with safety requirements. Demonstrate strong organizational and inventory management skills, communicate effectively, and embrace a team-oriented environment. Support warehouse operations, shipping and receiving, inventory control, and safety awareness while performing additional duties as assigned. Qualifications The successful candidate will demonstrate professionalism, accountability, and a commitment to supporting safe and efficient warehouse operations while contributing to a collaborative team environment. Integrity, honesty, and accountability; strong organizational and inventory management skills; positive attitude and professional appearance. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. High school diploma or GED required; forklift certification preferred; OSHA safety training preferred. Previous warehouse or inventory experience preferred, with the ability to organize and track inventory accurately. Basic computer skills and the ability to read work orders and material requisitions. Knowledge of warehouse operations, shipping and receiving, inventory control, and safety awareness, with the ability to operate warehouse equipment safely. Physical Requirements Ability to lift and carry materials up to 75 pounds. Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely.
