Conduct order picking, packing, and order fulfillment tasks accurately using RF scanners and warehouse management systems. Maintain inventory accuracy through regular stock counts and inventory control procedures. Follow OSHA standards and safety regulations diligently while handling materials or heavy lifting tasks. Assist with packaging products for shipment ensuring quality standards are met. Support warehouse supervisor in maintaining organized storage areas and ensuring compliance with safety procedures. Utilize manual handling techniques for stocking shelves or moving materials while adhering to PPE requirements. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to warehouse operations, logistics workflows, or safety protocols. Skills Strong knowledge of warehouse distribution processes including shipping & receiving, order picking & packing. Ability to perform basic math calculations necessary for inventory counts or measurements. Experience with materials handling equipment operation including pallet jacks and RF scanners. Demonstrated ability to follow safety protocols diligently while performing physical tasks involving heavy lifting or manual handling. Warehouse supervisor experience or background in warehouse management is advantageous. Technical proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) or inventory control software. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for stock accuracy. Ability to work effectively within a team environment under fast-paced conditions.

Pay:

$18.36 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
